Relationship: Report to Head of Sales, IT
Your Responsibilities:
Customer Sales Support:
- Support the sales team in processing quotations, invoices, and follow-ups
- Keeping record of projects (Pursuing / Won / Lost)
Marketing Support:
- Enhances branding across various platforms such as social media platforms, marketing channels, and internal & external communications.
- Creation of content and collaterals across multiple mediums including but limited to film making, photography, post editing, and copywriting.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Administrative Duties:
- Perform data entry, filing, and documentation for sales
- Assist in updating pricing, customers’ contacts, and product listings.
Your Profile:
- Diploma in Business Admin / Marketing discipline or ITE in Business & Services
- Previous experience in an administrative/coordination/customer service role will be an advantage
- Well-versed in MS Office
- Good communication skills
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with both internal and external clients
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Strong sense of urgency and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadline
