What you can expect:

Sales Support:

• Be a technological consultant to our sales team and customers
• Responsible for the design of complex customer request and be the driver for sophisticated RFQs
• Support Sales with use cases and applications
• On site support for RFQ presentation, product presentations, site assesments as well as  technical on site support

Technical Support:

• Conduct customer and partner trainings and seminars as well as internal trainings
• 2nd level tech support
• Build technical content for internal and external publications
• Support Dätwyler’s system warranty

Development and Improvement of Dätwyler products:

• Close cooperation with product management, sales and customers to improve our products and product lines
• Ownership of customer specific products
• Be an internal and external advisor on technology and application to generate benefit for Dätwylers customers and Dätwyler itself

What you bring to the table:

• Three years or more experience in network infrastructure, especially passive network infrastructure. I.e. copper data and fiber optic data technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English as well as the Czech language. Polish and German would be a great bonus
• Strong problem solving mindset with a hands on approach
• Customer orientation and understanding of sales
• You thrive on pushing things forward and doing successful projects
• Willingness to travel and a drivers license
• Familiarity with MS Office, Visio will be an advantage, and ERP systems like SAP
