1. Position Summary
This role leads and drives all business development activities for Datwyler’s IT Infrastructure products and services across the Asia Pacific region, with a strong focus on Enterprise and Colocation Data Centre segments.
The position is responsible for accelerating growth by executing go-to-market strategies, expanding market presence, and managing the full product lifecycle in close collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, project, and service teams.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess competitors’ activity
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, consultants and strategic alliance stakeholders to foster long-term collaboration
- Formulate and execute business strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth
- Lead negotiations and close deals with company objectives
- Collaborate with cross functional sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals
- Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies based on market trends and results
- Present business plans and growth strategies to company senior leadership and stakeholders
3. Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related fields.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in business development or similar roles
- Preferred IT/OT environment, especially in Enterprise and Colocation Data Centre
- Strong knowledge in IT/OT Infrastructure solutions including Structured Cabling, Power, Cooling, Racks, Monitoring System and Turnkey Solutions
- Candidates will more extensive experience may be considered for senior level role
